A Prayer of Healing

Daughter of Njörðr and Frigga,

Freyja’s sister and maidservant,

Eir.

Limrúnar to read and know,

Limrúnar to know and use,

Heal.

Well risted on the tree bark,

On leaves of trees bent eastward,

Heal.

Use knowledge, care and patience,

To Eir, listen and learn well,

Heal.
